This is what we do everyday, it isn't our part time job or hobby!!

At Von Der Haus Gill Kennel, we DO NOT mass produce puppies. Our dogs are bred with the specific intention of producing an excellent quality working type puppy or family companion type puppy. We breed for quality not quantity. Our Dogs are from German working line dogs. We are the largest German Shepherd importer, of adult Shepherds, in the State of Ohio. Our breeding stock is of the finest quality. Many of our Dogs are now working in Law Enforcement. These areas include, narcotics detection, explosives detection, general patrol, and cadaver detection.

The "Gallery" pages on this site contain numerous photos of puppies that were born in our facility. They are of the quality you can only expect from a first rate breeder. We are proud to show you many of the puppies bred at our facility.

Puppy Deposit Policy- All deposits are $100.00. Pick order for puppy selection is based on the principle of first deposit, by sex, by litter gets first pick by sex by that litter. Deposits do not give selection of either sex in a litter. Deposits do not cover all litters, only the set of parnets the deposit was placed on. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE! Deposits will be refunded in a situation where a female would not have any puppies or enough of a sex. In that situation, the client can select a refund, transfer it to the next breeding of the two adults, or move to another litter,where there is an opening. No clients already with deposits will be bumped to allow this move.
